As a payment method we use PayPal and Stripe as it's simple and easy to use, you don't need an account, and we take all accept credit & debit cards. If you would rather pay by bank transfer, contact us at email@example.com
If for any reason you change your mind and want to cancel or change the order, please let us know asap, otherwise costs will occur and this must by done by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All Allergens are mentioned on each product under ingredients in bold. Due to manufacturing processes, products may contain traces of allergens. If you have any questions regarding allergens please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
We use a variety of couriers to send out all of our brownies to customers depending on where you are in the UK. Brownies are despatched Monday to Friday, and all orders must be placed before 1pm to be baked between that day and despatched the following day. Orders placed after 1pm maybe baked the following day depending on the volume of orders. Please be aware orders once despatched can take 2 working days to arrive.
Please note if you are ordering for a special occasion, take into consideration delivery times to avoid disappointment, if unsure please contact us.
Please note delays unfortunately can occur from time to time when we least expect them much to our and your disappointment. Please understand sometimes issues occur i.e. traffic problems, bad weather, road closures and broken down vehicles which are beyond anybody's control and we ask for your patience and understanding.
We regret that if a parcel is delayed, we can not refund or replace until after 3 working days
We regret if you are not in and the parcel is sent to a parcel office, it is the customers responsibility to arrange pick up or redelivery.
Please be careful in entering the correct delivery details as once despatched, we can not refund or replace.
